I remember reading an interview with Brad Pitt once. He appologised profusely to the interview stating he had just come from the gym and skipped the shower because he didn’t want to leave the interviewer waiting and was aware he may have a touch of BO because of it.

I recon that the Brad Pitt BO Rumour stems from this and the poor guy has never been able to shake it since.

I find it hard to believe that alot of the women he has been with would tolerate a bad smell..

I can also see him smelling on the set of troy where the majority of people probably stunk from sweating all day in the hot sun covered in leather.

My mother in-law is a well-known actress in Finland, and my husband grew up in the theater and on movie sets in Europe and America. He says that most actors smell bad. It’s unlikely that all of these people are suffering from health conditions producing unmanageable B.O. Two more plausible explanations are: 1. They don’t bathe often or wear deodorant; 2. They engage in substance abuse — the toxins are released through the skin and can result in very pungent body odor.

It’s not necessarily a judgement on the character of a person to note that he smells bad (except perhaps that s/he isn’t considerate enough to adopt good hygiene for the comfort of people around him/her). I think the interest in these sorts of stories is less schadenfreude than the knowledge that celebrities aren’t gods and goddesses, but are in fact just as ordinarily human as the rest of us.

I wish people would get off this ridiculously childish kick. I think it’s unfortunate that some of us have nothing better to do than to point out the supposed flaws of the many brilliant stars on this list. If you want a real discussion, why not ask why these stars have “bad” or unpleasant body odor. Many health conditions can cause this problem. Many medications can also cause a person to have a strange body odor, which in the end is really between that person and their doctor. I am a poet, singer, performer, and educator who has a health condition that requires me to take medication, a protocol of vitamins and herbs that do in fact smell strange. You should see some of the reactions I get. Great material for my poetry and songs–about tolerance, acceptance, and survival. My audiences love me, my students love me, and usually relax once they know the real deal. People, isn’t time for us all to grow up and learn that ancient Native American proverb: Don’t judge a man until you’ve walked a mile in his shoes. Peace to you all.

Now everybody want to say how people stink well everybody have there own smell. I know you all had to go to school and learn that. Like Chinese and Korean smell different because they eat rice and things so the smell come out of there pores and that give them adifferent smell. Blacks smell like what they eat to at times and so does white people so basically everybody in this world have there own funny smell. So the people who made this list their PRIVATE area probably stink or some where on their body so you all need to find something else better to do because what might work for you might not work for them. And Kat you need a life. By the way Angelina and Brad make a better couple and they are just helping out children who don’t have what these kids have in this USA and they are doing better than G.W. Bush. And thats the truth.

Brad Pitt made it clear that he was excited about becoming a father when he married Jennifer Aniston. I read that in every article before and during their marriage. Jennifer’s career picked up after she married him, so she was more interested in making a name for herself as an actress than changing diapers. She is a so-so actress who has not yet starred in one blockbuster.

Angelina gave him what he wanted . . . As much as I don’t like people cheating on their spouses, I also don’t like people going into a marriage in which they have no intentions of fullfilling their partner’s wishes.

I, too, have a hard time believing the accuracy of this. I doubt that any of the females mentioned — Cameron, Christina, and Courtney — qualify. I am betting that Brad Pitt is only listed because he once said when preparing for a movie he didn’t bathe for a week. Americans tend to think of Europeans and Australians as “stinky,” because they aren’t big on deodarent, so maybe Russell Crowe would fit. I doubt former model Iman would let her love David Bowie walk around with a problem, either. Metallica looks dirty, but I don’t know . . .

Well, you are a complete IDIOT!!!! Mainly because we do not know what went on behind closed dsoors between Brad and Jen. The relationship could have been well over before the public knew.

As far as Angelina getting kids from other countries, you are sadly incolent. These are 3rd World countries that she is adopting these children from. Countries that (unlike here) have no medical care. No shelters. No “foster care” and genocide and beyond belief things going on right now. Most celebrities adopt their children from different countries.

Everybody stinks to some degree sometime and someplace on their body no matter what. If you don’t agree try going a day or two without using anything. Deodorant/antiperspirant doesn’t work the same on everyone even after washing and applying deodorant/antiperspirant. Keep in mind what may work for one person may not work for someone else who has an entirely different physical and chemical makeup. What would you do if the deodorant/antiperspirant you uses was not effective at all and changing to another brand produced the same results? Medical treatment is expensive and there is no guarantee.

It’s amazing what people will pay to have done. Do you know what that money could go for? Feeding children for one!! I mean they do surveys on the most impossibly ridiculous things like which ketchup runs the fastest. I really need to know the answer to that one!
