Wow!!!! Really like the way you use RFM in this example. If I got it well, we can define RFM on the publisher side (recency and frequency of post + monetary value) and RFM on the reader side (recency and frequency of visit/comments + number of page view or visit duration). Do you think it is a good summary? I do agree. Wow!!!!
