		<description>I wouldn&#039;t look at Apple as the ideal. Their DRM is getting worse and worse, and you better believe they are in bed with the RIAA to be in the position they are today. Try copying a song you buy from your laptop to another laptop (say, you upgrade), then your iPod...etc. You will run out of licenses for every iTunes song quickly. CDs, we can keep them forever...but even those are including DRM programs now.

I think the guy who knows what needs to be done is Mark Cuban. He&#039;s been a big opponent of DRM and will truly bring the entertainment biz into the new millenium.</description>
