- they subscribe to the SMS alerts for the &quot;8h Gent-Brussels / 17h Brussels-Gent&quot; commuters (like the Stubru system works now)
- their GSM is detected on the E40 Brussels - Gent and they are alerted of a traffic jam in Aalter.</description>
