They don't listen. I tried calling them, faxing, mailing, ...

Lucky for us, we removed all the money in our account when we got the initial complaint, so when they blocked us, we didn't loose any money.

I see some complaints on Ebay too:
forums.ebay.com

webmasterworld.com

And if you as the provider cancel the e-service when you don't receive the money?

We've had very, very, very, very bad experiences accepting paypal payments. If somebody offers "services" on the internet, and lets you pay by paypal, there is a very easy way to make them loose their paypal account and all the money in it:

- order a service or virtual good (a domain name, for instance)
- pay with your paypal account
- complain to paypal and tell them you didn't receive the ordered goods (physical goods)

The seller now has to supply a UPS/Fedex/... tracking number to paypal. Of course you can't provide a shipping tracking number for a service or good, but paypal insists. After one week, the seller's account is blocked and all the money in it is gone.

Happened to us...

Paypal can be a very good thing for eg. eBay or some electronics shops, but as a supplier of services or virtual goods, it sucks!
