The battery never lasted more than a day, even she didn't make any call. The phone is warm as well. She went to LG service center and saw a long queue for repairing this black beauty. At the end of it, my wife asked to replace her KU800 to previous 2G model KG800. According to the staff at service center, the old model has less complains than this 3G one. It is a shame to LG.
